We haven't set a hard date. When we move out of beta we'll announce it in the dashboard and give early users at least 30 days' notice. Anything you've built (sites, knowledge base, tickets, history) is yours to keep regardless.

No — your account, sites, conversations, tickets, and knowledge base stay exactly where they are. The widget script tag doesn't change. You'll see new tiers in the dashboard; that's it.
Yes. Every conversation, ticket, and uploaded document is yours. We expose a data export from the dashboard, and the widget is one script tag — remove it the second you want to. There's no lock-in.
Not during beta. We cover the LLM costs while we figure out fair usage limits. When paid lands, AI usage will be metered in the higher tiers but the free tier will keep including a meaningful AI quota.
